2. Select choice(s) by clicking "Add to cart" button(s)
   
3. Create your order by selecting "Proceed to checkout" button
   
4. Review your order and "Billing details" on the "Checkout" page
   
5. Choose payment method.
   For other payment methods (i.e. PayPal, Wise, Stripe, credit card payments), please contact us using the form on our CONTACT page.
   
6. Send us your order by choosing "Place order" button.
   
7. Order confirmation.
   When we receive your order, we will email you with your order number and order details. We will ask you to confirm your order details.
   
   7. A. If you ordered English Lessons (Online General English Lessons, Online English for Business/Corporate Lessons or Online English for Test Preparation Lessons), we will email you an information pack. We will ask you the following information:
   - When do you want to register?
   - What would you need to learn (the purpose of the lessons)?
   - How many hours/lessons per week do you need?
   - What days are you available?
   - What times are you available?
   - Where are you located (i.e. your country)?
   Proceed to step #8 below.
   
   7. B. If you ordered the Online English Trial Lesson, we will send you:
   Invoice with payment details and method
   Confirmation of the trial lesson
   Schedule for the trial lesson
   Proceed to step #9 below.
   
   7. C. If you ordered the Canada Government Second Language Evaluation Test (English) reference guide(s):
   We will send you an invoice with payment details and method.
   Once we receive your payment, you will receive an email with your purchased material.

   7. D. If you ordered the FREE English Quiz:
   We will email you the English quiz.
   Please send us your answers, and will provide the correct answers with feedback about your English level.

8. Documents will be sent. After you answer the questions in step #7. A (above), we will email you:
   - Invoice with payment method and details.
   - Agreement.
   - Confirmation of the first lesson.
   - Schedule for all the lessons.
   
9. To make the payment, refer to the emailed invoice with payment method and details.
   
10. Once we receive and process your payment, you will receive an email confirmation with a Virtual Conference Platform link (such as Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or a Skype) for your online lesson(s).
    
11. We will email you an evaluation.
    This is so you and we understand your English level to get started with material for the lessons.
    Except for the Online English Trial Lesson.
